UK Delivery Information
All of our Online Store orders are shipped via UK courier, either free of charge, or at a flat-rate cost, depending on your location.
Delivery CHARGES:
- England: FREE on orders over £300.00 (£14.99 below £300.00)
- Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland: £15.00

Regretably, we are only able to fulfill UK orders at the present time.
Returns
In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return faulty items by post within 28 working days of receipt of your goods.
- All returns are subject to a returns charge of £32
- If packing materials are damaged there will be an additional fee of £15 for repackaging.
- Any damaged goods will incur further charges.
- You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Please notify us of your intention to return the item prior to sending.
- We will only accept return of items that have been purchased directly from us.
- All returned items must suffer from a defect in which the manufacturer is at fault. If the item is damaged in transit, a claim must be submitted with the courier.
